Ugh this was seriously the most ~romantic moment between Castle and Beckett this season. In my opinion.

I wonder what goes through a person’s mind when they realize they’re about to executed next to the person they love. The look in her eyes…I don’t know. Poor Caskett. It turned out alright in the end but still, it makes me wonder.

This is gorgeous isn’t it? It’s so powerful, so gripping emotionally and stark visually and for me it evokes such a feeling of … emptiness and the inability to know what to do with grief. It’s a very human scene, and one of my favourites from the episode.
But I kind of hate the response it is getting.
Castle: Clara started off as a Sophia, but…she ended up being more like you, you know? Smart, fierce…kind. I think that’s one of the reasons I was drawn to you…as a muse.
